Please note that the estimated weight could range from 60-75# for a half hog. The 70# listed is only an estimate.
You will receive a variety of bacon, roasts, ribs, sausages, and other cuts in our Half Hog Bundle. We do not offer any customization or customer choice in our half hog bundles. Each bundle is packed with the set list of cuts listed below.

All of our meat is cryovak sealed and has a freezer 'shelf life' of 12 months, conservatively. As long as you keep everything consistently frozen and do not thaw, re-freeze, thaw, etc. Frozen meat has the potential to last years in your deep freeze if stored properly.
