Wing portions are a random mixture of the flat and drum (no wing tips). These pieces are conveniently cut apart and ready to go for easy meals.
The wings are packaged by our butcher. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific number of flats or drums per package. It is randomized.
For reference: our standard chicken wings are the full wing- drum, flat, and wing tip all connected.
